At 40, any and all motivation to workout is welcome. Even if its just a piece of cloth hanging on the wall at my home gym that says IRON THERAPY. Because lets be honest, going to the therapist is very expensive, especially since it takes forever.. But not at the gym, you seen the difference and its a lot cheaper.I got this banner over one of my windows and its great way to see it and be like ok, lets lift these weights! Seems like good material, it will be inside but time will day how it will last inside the hot and humid sun room here in FL.
This flag is see through and doesn't match the dark solid black as seen in the pictures. I tried capturing it in the picture where you can see the white blanket with the red truck in the background. This doesn't matter that much as I plan on hanging it in my home gym, but it won't look as crisp against the green walls as it could be with a solid black background.Something I knew about prior to ordering is that it only comes with 2 Grommets, I wish it had 4 to be able to hang it up better, but I can always hang it grommet side up. It's a thin flag but for $7.49 it's not a bad price for what you get.
