I ordered this flag for my workshop as a humorous reminder of the many tasks I take on to fix things around the house - only to realize that 30 minute project I started on turns out to be an all day event! My friends and I all get a chuckle each time we see it. It's not a flag that you could easily fly outside or on a flagpole because it is very lightweight and only printed on one side, but I didn't order it to fly outside anyway. It is definitely a large flag, measuring 3 feet by 5 feet. It would be better if it were smaller (such as 2' x 3') and had grommet holes along the top edge to allow horizontal hanging - but I love it anyway!

Let's face it - there are lots of frontiers opening up in science. Lots of the leading edge technologies are wielding tools and techniques that are difficult to distinguish from magic. And many of these areas are darn right hard. In the context of such hard work, it's important to maintain perspective. And introducing some humor is a good way to do that.I ordered this flag for just such a professional lab, and the results have all been positive, including smiles and some chuckles. That definitely made the modest purchase price worth it.The quality of the material is decent. The printing is also clear and defect-free. The only negative feature I can point out is that the flag is only printed on one side, so it is better suited to be a hanging banner than a flag. Unfortunately, there are only attachment holes on the side to hang it as a flag; there is not a third attachment point along the top to hang it as a banner. 1 point deduction for this.
