- Standard Shipping: For orders under $49, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on real-time rates from our carrier UPS.

- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time) are processed within the stated timeframe.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

ISSUES WITH ORDERS
If your order arrives incomplete or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luivu.com. We will promptly investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
